Data export

How to export

Open Settings, choose Data and privacy, and request an export. We prepare the file and email you a private download link when it is ready. Large journals can take a little time.

What is included

• All journal entries, with titles, tags, dates, and check-ins.
• All prayers, their statuses, and their updates.
• All reflections you generated, with the passages attached to them.
• Journeys, saved passages, and guided reflection responses.
• Account settings and preferences.

Formats

Exports are provided as structured JSON for portability and as readable documents for printing or keeping. Scripture quotations carry their translation attribution, as the licensing terms require.

Keeping the file safe

An export is a plain copy of some of the most personal writing you have. It leaves our protections the moment it lands on your device, so store it somewhere you trust.

Trouble

If an export fails or looks incomplete, email support@wordforword.io — you do not need to attach anything from your journal.
