What we can and can't see
We can see your account details, subscription, and technical logs — but not your journal. If something goes wrong with a particular entry, you can choose to attach it to your request from inside the app. We keep a record whenever that happens, and it's the only way journal content ever reaches someone here.
Telling us a reflection missed
You can report any reflection in a single tap. Let us know whether it felt theologically off, insensitive to what you're walking through, built on a misapplied passage, or just unhelpful. People read every report, and they really do change how the app behaves.
