How translations are labelled
Every passage shown anywhere in the app carries its translation abbreviation. Exported and printed material carries the same attribution, along with any notice a licence requires.
Adding licensed translations
Copyrighted translations will only be added where we hold the necessary licence, and each will be listed here with its required copyright notice and any limits the licence places on quotation length or export.
Scripture is never generated
Verse text is retrieved from a stored library and returned unchanged. Language models are not used to produce, paraphrase, or reconstruct the text of Scripture.
